Job Summary and Qualifications
Coordinator ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of a specific shift or segment of operations of the Therapy team. As a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, coordinates appropriate staffing levels and treatment schedules and monitors the amount/type/quality of the therapy services provided. Coordinator guides the provision of therapeutic care to achieve optimal outcomes and excellence in patient satisfaction. Coordinator can also function as a licensed therapist and administer therapy modalities and treatment as prescribed by the licensed physician.
What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist
- Masters Degree
