ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Construction Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects related to CAD, GIS, 3D modeling, surveying, drone flying and Grade Control activities for the division. Critical for success are the abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, shift priorities quickly, and maintain tight deadlines. Attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and excellent verbal and communication skills are musts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-3 years of related experience (desired)
- Review and understand Construction Plan Sets
- Perform project take-offs and build project models using computer software such as: Trimble Business Center or Civil 3D
- Flying Drones at various construction sites
- Install, maintain, and calibrate project sites using GPS survey and/or grade control
