Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervises plant operating engineers and other assigned personnel, including timecard approval.
- Selects and requisitions replacement parts for equipment.
- Assists and trains in the proper operation of power plant electrical generating equipment; refrigeration equipment, pumps, compressors and other building mechanical equipment.
- Determines work required by other trades and sets up necessary work orders.
- Operates energy management systems, read and check gauges, meters and thermometers.
- Assists in formulating and carrying out a preventive maintenance program.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Four (4) years (48 months) of work experience in the maintenance and operation of steam and power plant equipment.

One (1) year (12 months) of work experience in a position comparable to the Steam and Power Plant III.

Possession of the current/valid Stationary Engineer’s License and a Universal Card. (Please upload)
