This position is responsible for managing the life cycle of the company’s operational products. Thermal interface material is the main product. A bachelor's degree in business or related, the ability to speak/read/write Japanese and at least 3 years of sales experience is required. This is a full time, exempt, in person position, with bonus, excellent benefits, and 401k.
Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Product Manager Duties:
-Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities within semiconductor, electronics, data center, and other thermal management markets
-Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customer engineering and procurement teams
-Support customer evaluation, qualification, and design-in activities for Thermal Interface Materials and related solutions
- Coordinate customer projects with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functional teams in North America, Japan, and Asia
-Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
-Prepare customer presentations, business proposals, and sales reports
-Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Product Skills:
-Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
-Able to speak, read and write Japanese
-3 years of sales experience in the chemical materials or electric parts industry
-Experience building relationships with key stakeholders and product development teams
