JOB OVERVIEW
The Marvin Technical Support Department delivers exceptional, timely, and professional support to customers by providing expert guidance on product capabilities, limitations, special pricing, and estimating. This team collaborates cross-functionally with departments such as Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Signature Services to ensure accurate and efficient solutions.
A core objective of the department is responsiveness. Faced with complex and highly specific customer requests, the team strives to meet exact specifications or, when not feasible, offer well-considered alternative solutions.

HIGHLIGHTS OF YOUR ROLE
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product capabilities, limitations, and specifications
- Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings
- Solve complex, customized, and non-recurring challenges using creative problem-solving
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product options with production capabilities
- Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals
- Contribute to departmental goals tied to accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality
YOU'RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE (OR IF YOU CAN)
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Engineering, Drafting, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a related field or in estimating, drafting or construction
- Experience in AutoCAD (we do provide training), and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the construction industry
