What You'll Do
As a Screener, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products for our customers.
Build Quality Products
- Install screen mesh into pre-assembled frames using hand tools.
- Assemble finished products according to quality standards.
- Keep production moving efficiently and accurately.
Ensure Quality
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and address them promptly.
- Help maintain RiteScreen's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Support a Safe Workplace
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work as a Team
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Cross-train and support other areas as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.

- Stand and move throughout the shift.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely.
- Read work instructions and safety information.
- Differentiate colors when required for quality purposes.
