Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Programmer Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle databases, PL/SQL development, and Oracle APEX. The selected candidate will play a key role in modernizing legacy applications by migrating Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit modules to Oracle APEX while supporting mission-critical Vital Statistics and Vital Records initiatives.
Required Skills
- Oracle Database (11g/18c/19c) - 5+ years
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL Development - 5+ years
- Oracle APEX Development - 5+ years
- JavaScript and/or jQuery - 5+ years

Key Responsibilities
- Migrate existing Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit modules and applications to Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle APEX applications using best practices.
- Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code for high-performance database applications.
- Integrate Oracle APEX applications with RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Support data modernization initiatives for Vital Statistics and Vital Records projects.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform testing, and ensure reliable production deployments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
