Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Missoula, MT. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, analyze key financial data, prepare reports, and manage budgets to ensure organizational goals are met. Responsibilities will include mentoring and managing a team, developing financial strategies, collaborating with other departments to optimize financial performance, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate seamless financial processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong skills in financial planning, accounting, and compliance
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and organizational collaboration
- Knowledge of sales and revenue forecasting, as well as risk management
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA/CPA preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or a similar field is an advantage
