About the job you're considering
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery and adoption of innovative AI platform solutions. This role will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive the development of AI skills, autonomous agents, and platform capabilities that enhance productivity, accelerate engineering outcomes, and support business objectives.

Your role
- Lead the delivery of AI and Agentic AI initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of AI skills and autonomous agents that address complex business and engineering needs.
- Partner with engineering teams to support platform onboarding, gather feedback, and increase adoption of AI solutions.
- Collaborate across technical and business teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements and project plans.
- Define and track success metrics, including solution reliability, performance, accuracy, and user adoption.
- Manage multiple priorities while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project updates to ensure successful outcomes.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of project management, program management, product management, or related experience.
- Experience leading AI, Generative AI, LLM, or Agentic AI initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred skills
- PMP certification or similar project management credential.
- Experience within medical device, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
