Qualifications
- Approximately 12 years of progressive experience in Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Sales, or related technical/commercial roles.
- Direct experience with gas valves and/or water valves is required, preferably in appliance, HVAC, water heating, or related industrial applications.
- Demonstrated experience developing product strategy and leading global teams.
- Proven commercial track record with responsibility for product growth, profitability, pricing, or portfolio performance.
- Experience working directly with OEM customers and understanding their product development and purchasing processes.
- Strong understanding of product development, commercialization, and product lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel globally.
The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000 and eligible to participate in our Management Incentive Program. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
