Operating at significant scale, CDI manages hundreds of millions of customer identities and supports real-time activation across marketing and retention systems. The team is expanding globally to deliver consistent capabilities worldwide. Members focus on solving complex identity, data, and trust challenges that enhance the effectiveness of other teams. - Manage cross-functional trade-offs, balancing scope, cost, quality, and time-to-value across Engineering, Design, and Business partners.
- Develop and mentor product talent, fostering alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
- Own financial outcomes, resource allocation, and customer value delivery for the product portfolio.
