Gallo Realty Group is a growing real estate development company based in Bedford, NH. We acquire, renovate, and newly construct residential properties throughout New Hampshire, with multiple projects underway at any given time. We are looking for an organized, motivated, hands-on Assistant Project Manager to join our small team and help keep our renovation and development projects moving forward.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys real estate, construction, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of tasks, stay organized, communicate well with contractors and vendors, and is comfortable being both in the office and out in the field.

Position Overview

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with the project management team to coordinate and oversee various aspects of our property renovation projects. You will help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, within budget, and completed to Gallo Realty Group's standards.

This position involves regular travel to multiple properties and active renovation projects throughout New Hampshire. You will spend time both at our Bedford office and visiting job sites, meeting with contractors, checking progress, coordinating materials, and helping address issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of multiple residential renovation and development projects
• Travel to and visit various active job sites to monitor project progress and communicate with contractors
• Help coordinate subcontractors, vendors, trades, deliveries, and materials
• Track project schedules and help ensure work is completed on time
• Visit properties regularly to inspect progress, identify issues, and communicate updates to the project management team
• Take photos and provide detailed project updates from job sites
• Help maintain project budgets, invoices, receipts, and other project documentation
• Assist with obtaining quotes and coordinating purchasing of materials and services
• Communicate with contractors and vendors regarding schedules, scope of work, materials, and project expectations
• Help identify potential problems before they become larger or more costly issues
• Assist with coordinating property cleanups, inspections, deliveries, and other project-related activities
• Maintain organized project files, schedules, checklists, and documentation
• Help manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and project needs
• Communicate regularly with the Gallo Realty Group team regarding project status, upcoming needs, and outstanding items
• Assist with final punch lists and preparing properties for completion and sale
• Perform other duties related to real estate development, renovation, and property management as needed

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative. You don't necessarily need to know everything about construction or real estate on day one. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, asks questions, pays attention to detail, and can become a valuable part of our team.

• The ability to communicate professionally with contractors, vendors, homeowners, and team members
• Basic understanding of residential construction and renovations is a plus
• Previous experience in construction, property management, real estate, project coordination, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic computer programs
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple project locations throughout New Hampshire
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
