INTRODUCTION
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Intern in Pullman, Washington. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Coordinator Intern, a typical day might include the following:
- Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable, generating meeting minutes, prepare presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.
- Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.
- Coordinating activities to meet project objectives.
- Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.
- Providing support for large projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
This job might be for you if:
- You are a current student pursuing a degree in Business or relevant discipline.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- You are able to learn and communicate technical information.
- You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- You have excellent coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills.
- You are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- You are able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- You are able to work independently and take initiative.

PAY RANGE DATA
($21.00 - $28.75 per hour)* Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role (the work you would be doing) and your year in school (when you plan to graduate). Talk to your recruiter if you are curious about the rate for your year in school.
