WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll report to the Director of Business Communications and partner across Jordan Brand’s Sport Communications, Media Relations, and Business Communications teams. You’ll collaborate with leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and NIKE, Inc. Executive and Employee Communications teams to connect strategy with storytelling across the enterprise.

This candidate is a sharp writer with a strong point of view, able to translate complex business priorities into clear, compelling stories that connect teammates to what matters most. This person thrives in fast-moving environments, manages multiple priorities with precision, and builds trust through strong relationships across teams. Curiosity fuels their work—they seek to understand sport, culture, and business, and how storytelling brings it all together. They bring an audience-first mindset, strong editorial judgment, and a willingness to step in wherever needed to elevate the work.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, public relations, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Experience managing editorial calendars, communication platforms, and project tracking tools
- Proven ability to write and edit across multiple formats and channels with strong attention to detail
- Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to partner across cross-functional teams
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll help bring Jordan Brand’s voice to life inside the company. You’ll create stories, moments, and experiences that connect teammates to the brand, its priorities, and its culture. You’ll turn strategy into clear, engaging communication that informs, inspires, and drives alignment.
- Write and edit content across internal channels, including employee s, newsletters, intranet platforms, leadership messages, and event materials
- Support and execute teammate engagement moments, campaigns, leadership meetings, and brand experiences that build connection and clarity
- Translate business priorities, leadership messaging, and cultural moments into relevant, audience-first storytelling
- Develop talking points, presentations, briefing materials, and remarks for leaders and key moments
- Manage editorial calendars, communication plans, and project trackers to ensure work is aligned and delivered on time
- Partner across Jordan Brand and NIKE, Inc. teams to ensure messaging is consistent, connected, and impactful across channels
- Use feedback, data, and insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness and teammate engagement
