Who we are and where we are going:
Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Auditor! At Ascent, we operate in a complex, multi-authority environment — holding approvals from the FAA, EASA, TCCA, and other global regulators. Our success depends on professionals who can navigate these standards with skill, integrity, and curiosity, while embodying our core values of respect, safety, quality, and results. Guided by these principles, you’ll help uphold the highest standards that keep our operations running smoothly and securely.
If you’re an aviation quality professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys turning compliance into capability, we’d like to meet you. The Quality Assurance Auditor plays a key role in maintaining Ascent’s commitment to safety, compliance, and continual improvement. You’ll plan, perform, and report audits across departments, vendors, and maintenance programs — ensuring conformance to FAA and foreign authority requirements, customer standards, and company procedures. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-minded professional who understands both the technical and organizational sides of quality assurance.
We are actively interviewing now, with hiring to begin after the first of the year.
As a 24/7 operation, we have openings across all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and 12-hour schedules. - Support investigations of product or process deficiencies and assist in developing robust corrective actions.

Mid Level Quality Assurance Auditor Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a mid level quality assurance auditor job?
Position yourself around ownership, not just participation. Highlight audits you led independently, findings you escalated, and corrective actions you saw through to resolution. Employers at this level want candidates who can interpret regulatory requirements, write audit reports without heavy editing, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Tailor your resume to the specific compliance frameworks each employer uses, whether ISO, FDA, SOX, or industry-specific standards.
Which companies hire mid level quality assurance auditors?
Companies hiring mid level quality assurance auditors right now include Elanco, Southern States, and IQVIA, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Hiring at this level tends to come from regulated industries where internal audit capacity, documentation rigor, and ongoing compliance monitoring are core operational needs.
Are there remote mid level quality assurance auditor jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by industry and audit type. About 36% of mid level quality assurance auditor openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, with fully remote roles most common in software, financial services, and documentation-heavy compliance functions. On-site roles remain prevalent where physical facility audits, lab inspections, or regulated manufacturing environments are involved.
How do I move up to a mid level quality assurance auditor role?
The path from entry level to mid level is built on demonstrated ownership over time. Early-career auditors who take on progressively complex assignments, develop fluency in two or more compliance frameworks, and begin leading sub-sections of audits without close supervision position themselves for promotion. Measurable impact matters: documenting how your findings reduced defects, closed compliance gaps, or improved audit cycle times makes the case concrete when you apply or are reviewed for advancement.
Which industries hire the most mid level quality assurance auditors?
Mid Level quality assurance auditor roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals, and Electronics & Hardware, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These sectors drive sustained demand at the mid level because their regulatory obligations require experienced auditors who can manage full audit cycles, interpret standards independently, and produce findings that hold up to external scrutiny.
