Key Responsibilities
- Execute Design Assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support Design Controls, Design Verification, and Design History Files (DHF).
- Review design matrices, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Perform ISO standards gap assessments and remediation activities.
- Apply ISO 14971 Risk Management principles.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with FDA and ISO requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of Design Assurance/Quality Engineering experience in the medical device industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Design Controls, DHF, Design Verification, ISO gap projects, and ISO 14971 Risk Management.
