JOB PROFILE
Job Title: Integrated Management System Specialist
Department: Integrated Management System
Direct Supervisor: IMS Senior Manager
Direct Subordinates: None
JOB SUMMARY:
According to the annual audit plan, perform the audit work, including audit schedule, pre-audit preparation meeting, audit kick-off meeting, audit implementation, audit report, non-conformity item issuance, corrective action verification and closure. According to internal needs, implement internal system-related training. Execute abnormal special investigation work.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
NO. Representative Duties
1 Responsible for the implementation of the annual audit plan (system audit, process audit, customer audit, third party audit) to ensure that it is completed on time.
2 Responsible for audit schedule, pre-audit preparation meeting, audit kick-off meeting, audit implementation, audit report, non-conformity item issuance, corrective action verification and closure.
3 Responsible for communication and cooperation with relevant internal departments to improve and optimize the integrated management system and process.
4 Compile management system manual, MT, WI; carry out standardized control throughout the company in accordance with document record management requirements.
5 Responsible for integrated management system knowledge training, including training for newly recruited employees.
6 Carry out special investigations on abnormalities, write reports, and track and close the problems found.
7 Preparation of personal monthly work report, manage personal KPI performance, analyze and improve, and strive for outstanding individual awards.
8 Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION
Job Requirements
Language
Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. It is required that the personnel be fluent in one of these languages to include the following:
- Ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Experience
2+ years manufacturing field experience, quality preferred.
Education
College degree preferred or significant relevant work experience.
Physical Condition
Integrated Management Systems Specialist will be required to work in an office environment at a desk and interacting with others on the manufacturing floor, regularly requiring to stand or sit for long periods. Must be energetic and able to work under pressure. Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor.
Other Requirements
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- OTHER - occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.

3. Familiar with manufacturing principle and technological process of automotive glass.
4. Familiar with the company's quality policy, objectives and commitments.
5. Have knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system.
6. Have knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 system.
7. Familiar with the Five Tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, including Control Plan.
8. Good planning, organization, and leadership skill.
9. Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility; be able to actively deal with problems.
10. Automotive safety glass regulatory standards and internal control standards.
11. VDA Process Audit 6.3.
12. Understanding of lean, 6 Sigma and 5S.
13. Certificate qualification: IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO17025/VDA6.3 internal auditor certificate, process auditor certificate, etc.
Training Required
- Glass manufacturing process and product quality.
- Studying of national/international/industrial standards on glass products, and training on related inspection technology.
- Training on IATF16949 quality system knowledge and APQP/FMEA/Control Plan/SPC/MSA/PPAP core tools.
- Training on ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, and VDA6.3 system knowledge.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.
