The Quality Performance Oversight Program Manager will:
Provide direct oversight of the Turquoise Care Managed Care Organizations performance by assessing national health metrics;
Lead technical assistance calls and workgroups aimed at improving the Quality Improvement and Quality Assurances of Managed Care Organizations (MCO);
Serve as the lead reviewer of the Performance Measures Unit within the Quality Bureau and work directly with the Bureau Chief, supervisors, and other staff from other units and bureaus;
Ensure assigned reports are diligently reviewed, and assignments are completed timely to meet stakeholder requirements;
Provide quality control review of reporting processes workflows and outputs and assists in monitoring Managed Care Organization (MCO) reporting compliance with contractual and policy requirements;
Review and analyze reports related to assigned Medicaid quality initiatives, identify trends and barriers impacting member outcomes, and prepare reports, analyze, and present for bureau, department, agency leadership, and external stakeholders.

Coordinating professional presentations and communication on a regular basis;
Providing strong analytical and organizational skills and team support;
Professional contracts, policymaking, and adherence with state and federal laws and regulations;
Data entry and a high-level of details for tracking and reviewing Performance Measure (HEDIS) Tracking Measures and other metrics at the national level;
Conducting data validation, quality control review, and reporting analysis in a timely and effective manner;
Producing written analysis, reports, summaries, and presentations of findings to Medical Assistance Division (MAD) Leadership.

Must obtain a Defensive driving certification.
