Entry Level Training Program Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level training program manager job?
Focus on experience that shows you can design and deliver learning, even at a small scale. Internships, volunteer training roles, or a portfolio of onboarding materials, curriculum outlines, or workshop plans give hiring managers something concrete to evaluate. Familiarity with learning management systems and clear written communication skills are the most common differentiators at the entry level stage.
Which companies hire entry level training program managers?
Companies hiring entry level training program managers right now include Marsh McLennan Agency, CB&I, and ACRT, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. A wide range of employers post at this level, from large corporations building out structured onboarding programs to mid-size organizations that need a first dedicated training hire.
Are there remote entry level training program manager jobs?
Yes, though on-site roles still make up a meaningful share of openings at this level. About 5% of entry level training program manager openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, so candidates with flexibility on location will find the widest range of options while those open to on-site work will see additional postings.
Are these new grad training program manager jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles. A new grad friendly posting typically welcomes zero to two years of experience and accepts internships, practicum work, or a portfolio in place of full-time history. Look for language like 'entry level,' 'recent graduates encouraged to apply,' or 'training or onboarding experience a plus' as reliable signals.
Which industries hire the most entry level training program managers?
Entry Level training program manager roles concentrate in Energy, Healthcare & Medical Services, and Education, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026.
