Regional Sales Manager Jobs in Phoenix: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a regional sales manager job in Phoenix?
Focus your search on Phoenix's strongest hiring sectors: enterprise software and SaaS companies clustered in Scottsdale and Tempe, health systems and medical device firms near the Camelback Corridor, and logistics and distribution employers in the West Valley. Candidates who show a defined territory, measurable revenue growth, and experience managing channel partners stand out. Networking through local industry events in the Greater Phoenix area accelerates introductions to hiring managers.
Which companies hire regional sales managers in Phoenix?
Employers hiring regional sales managers in Phoenix right now include Amerita, Colgate-Palmolive, and Carlisle Construction Materials, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Phoenix attracts a mix of national corporations with Southwest regional headquarters, fast-growing mid-market tech firms, and large healthcare and financial services organizations, all of which regularly post regional sales manager openings.
Are there remote regional sales manager jobs in Phoenix?
Yes, though fully remote openings are less common for regional sales managers since the role typically requires in-territory client visits and team oversight. About 68% of regional sales manager openings tied to Phoenix are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting a preference for candidates who can cover the Southwest territory from a Phoenix base. Administrative and reporting duties are most often performed remotely.
How can I get a regional sales manager job in Phoenix with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Phoenix is moving up from an account executive or territory sales representative role at one of the city's many mid-size technology, healthcare, or distribution companies. Phoenix employers frequently promote strong individual contributors who demonstrate pipeline management and mentoring ability. Pursuing a team lead or senior sales rep title first, particularly at a Scottsdale SaaS firm or a West Valley logistics company, builds the supervisory record most Phoenix hiring managers require.
Which industries hire the most regional sales managers in Phoenix?
Most regional sales manager openings in Phoenix sit in Manufacturing, Hospitality & Tourism, and Chemicals & Materials, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Phoenix's role as a Southwest regional hub for corporate operations, its large healthcare infrastructure, and the continued growth of its technology corridor make these sectors the most consistent sources of regional sales manager demand in the metro area.
