American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of recent OR experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- Outpatient surgery unit setting
- 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week with varying start times between 6:45am-5:15pm
- No on-call requirements
- 40 guaranteed hours weekly
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA certifications required)
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the OR specialty required
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Former staff returning as non-local travelers must have at least a 2-year break since separation
- RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after offer
