At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.

Tips for Your Remote Business Developer Job Search
Apply early to remote roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists remote business developer openings from across the U.S. in one place. Search roles by sector or team type, find the ones that match your background, and apply directly without sifting through mixed in-office and remote listings.
Prove async communication skills upfront
Remote business developer roles fill fast when candidates show written fluency early. Write your cover letter and outreach emails as if they are your first async touchpoints with the hiring team, because for remote roles, they are.
Document remote pipeline work concretely
Remote employers want to see you can build and move deals without in-person contact. Quantify outreach volume, conversion rates, or partnership outcomes from distributed or fully remote contexts and put those numbers front and center in your application.
Prepare for async-style remote interviews
Many remote-first companies screen business developers through recorded video responses or written case exercises before any live call. Practice answering deal-scenario questions in writing and on camera so your communication style translates clearly without real-time back-and-forth.
Remote Business Developer Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a remote business developer job?
Target companies with fully distributed teams or remote-first cultures, since they have the infrastructure to onboard and manage business developers without an office. Remote employers screen heavily for written communication, self-direction, and comfort with async tools like Slack and CRM platforms. A demonstrable history of closing deals or building pipelines without in-person meetings gives you a clear edge.
Which companies hire remote business developers?
Companies hiring remote business developers right now include Great American Insurance, Xtensys Connected Health solutions, and GEICO, based on current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Remote-first SaaS firms, fintech platforms, and distributed professional services teams are among the most consistent employers of business developers in fully remote roles.
Can you get a remote business developer job with no experience?
Yes, but remote entry-level business developer roles are harder to land because employers expect you to work independently from day one without in-person coaching. Early-stage startups and remote-first SaaS companies are your most realistic entry points. Show outreach campaigns you've run, cold email results, or freelance pipeline work to demonstrate you can generate interest without supervision.
Do you need a degree for remote business developer jobs?
Not always. Remote employers hiring business developers weigh demonstrated results, pipeline metrics, and communication skills more heavily than a credential. A portfolio showing closed deals, partnership outcomes, or measurable revenue contributions can substitute for a degree, particularly at startups and growth-stage companies that prioritize output over educational background.
Which industries hire the most remote business developers?
Most remote business developer openings sit in Food & Beverage, Agriculture & Farming, and Consulting & Professional Services, per current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors rely on distributed commercial teams to reach customers across time zones without requiring business developers to be co-located with their colleagues or clients.
