Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
* **10+ years of experience** in technology, software engineering, IT, or a related field.
* **5+ years of leadership/management experience**, preferably at a senior or executive level.
* Proven experience developing and executing technology strategies.
* Experience leading engineering or technology organizations.
* Strong understanding of cloud computing, software architecture, cybersecurity, databases, APIs, and modern development practices.
