Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation within the Tebra EHR system.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide crisis intervention support when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license.
- Experience providing outpatient mental health counseling.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment.
- Experience with diverse populations, including Medicaid patients preferred.
- Experience with Tebra EHR preferred but not required (training provided).
Technology Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Private and secure workspace for telehealth sessions.
- Computer or laptop with webcam and microphone.
- Ability to use Tebra EHR for documentation and scheduling.
