We're looking for an experienced Safety Manager to support major water, wastewater, and underground utility projects.

JOB DETAILS

What You'll Do:
- Partner with operations and project teams to promote a strong safety culture across active construction projects
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Deliver safety training, orientations, and ongoing employee development
- Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs and procedures

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of construction safety experience
- Heavy civil, water/wastewater, utilities, underground, or infrastructure experience preferred
- OSHA 500/510 certification
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Experience with ISNetworld is preferred
