About the Role
As part of our Inside Sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue by closing opportunities that others leave behind. This is not a traditional support role—you'll own the follow-up, re-engage customers who didn't initially purchase, and work to convert opportunities into closed deals.
At Express Flooring, speed and execution matter. You'll partner closely with our Design Consultants in the field, providing real-time support while also taking the lead on rehashing unsold opportunities, saving cancellations, and keeping deals moving forward.
If you're motivated by results, confident on the phone, and know how to turn "no" into "yes," this role is for you.
Job Type: In Person; Full-Time
Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 base salary + bonus (earning potential averaging between $75k-$100k annually)
Schedule: Shifts will be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends, with two consecutive days off during the week.
What You'll Do
- Handle rehash opportunities with customers who didn't purchase during their initial appointment
- Support customer retention efforts, including working with customers considering cancellation
- Follow up on projects pending missing or incomplete information to move deals forward

- Complete contracts and change orders accurately and efficiently
- Partner with Sales Managers to provide feedback and identify coaching opportunities for Design Consultants
- Coordinate reselection appointments to maintain deal momentum
- Drive Inside Sales performance and consistently hit revenue targets
- Support markets during Sales Manager PTO
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Inside sales experience preferred (home improvement, in-home sales, or similar industries a plus)
- Proven ability to apply sales techniques, closing skills, and sales processes
- Strong closing skills and ability to confidently handle objections
