- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs such as assessment volume, backlog, SLA compliance, turnaround time, and staffing ratios.
- Experience preparing monthly business reviews, executive presentations, and governance reporting decks.
- Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), supplier cybersecurity risk, or enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
