ROLE
Title: Senior Conversational Designer – Contact Center AI & Customer Experience
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Remote
Rate: $60/hr - $70/hr
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking experienced professionals to support the evolution of their Genesys contact center platform as they expand their use of AI-enabled voice solutions and optimize the customer experience across multiple channels. This initiative focuses on the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of intelligent customer interactions, leveraging conversational AI, voice automation, analytics, and contact center technologies to improve customer satisfaction, increase self-service adoption, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Areas of Focus
- Modernization and optimization of AI-driven voice and IVR experiences within Genesys.
- Design of natural, intuitive customer conversations using speech recognition, text-to-speech, intent recognition, and advanced call-flow strategies.
- Analysis of customer interactions, transcripts, sentiment trends, containment rates, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Validation and testing of contact center technologies, including IVR, routing, CTI integrations, agent desktop functionality, and omnichannel customer engagement.
- Ensuring reliability and performance through telephony, SIP, failover, and service-level testing.
The Senior Conversational Designer will lead the design and optimization of enterprise-scale conversational experiences, helping shape AI voice solutions that create seamless and effective customer interactions.
