Job Description:
- Strong Microsoft Fabric experience, or an equivalent enterprise data platform, with a proven track record of independently building and productionizing AI solutions end to end.
- Strong AI and agentic AI experience, able to design, build, and deploy solutions such as AI-driven reporting, natural language querying, or process automation, not just prototype them.
- Deep domain expertise in Finance or HR or Legal or Procurement or Marketing or Dynamic CRM Sales operations.
- Translates business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for technical teams.
- Owns and leads the build of AI and Fabric Data Agent solutions, partnering with the engineering team to validate use cases against real business needs and integrate with the broader platform.
- Requires strong analytical skills, with experience running discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and structuring them into clear, actionable delivery plans.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical and AI concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods, backlog grooming, and documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Nice to have:
- Background in Oracle EBS or Dynamics CRM, and familiarity with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
