What You'll DoSystems & Network Administration
- Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and user permissions.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user accounts, licensing, and authentication.
- Maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VLANs, VPNs, and general network connectivity.
- Monitor backups and assist with file, system, and virtual machine recovery when necessary.
- Maintain file servers, network shares, access permissions, and related infrastructure.
- Assist with system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and technology projects.
- Help maintain the overall security, reliability, and availability of AMS's IT environment.
End-User & Business Systems Support
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and laptops.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees throughout the organization.
- Support engineering, manufacturing, ERP, accounting, and other business applications.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, hardware, software access, and permissions.

You do not need to be an automation engineer or PLC programmer to be successful in this role.
