Position: Senior Flight Test Engineer

Location: Irvine, CA

Position Description: DZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the design, development, test and manufacturing of intelligent, autonomous vehicles. The candidate will work in a vehicle development and manufacturing environment where projects are realized with the highest degree of commitment to quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who has direct, hands-on experience planning and executing flight tests as well as leading flight test teams. The candidate must have solid technical abilities, able to quickly analyze technical difficulties, isolate problems to the component level, and promptly resolve the problem as necessary.

Export Control / ITAR Requirement: This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, employment is contingent upon meeting applicable export control eligibility requirements and compliance obligations.

Working Conditions: The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as general office environment or warehouse, to field testing environments.

Work performed may be in a harsh climate. While performing the duties of this position, one may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert or other environments.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 Annually
Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
