Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions to support business requirements and backlog items.
- Design and implement workflows and process automation using Workflow and Flow Designer.
- Create and enhance Service Catalog items, request workflows, and self-service capabilities.
- Support and improve the Service Portal/Employee Center user experience.
- Maintain and optimize Knowledge Base structures, categorization, and governance.
- Participate in full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, migrations, and module deployments.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Gather requirements, perform solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, process documentation, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Catalog, and Request Management).
- Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
- ServiceNow implementation, migration, or major module deployment experience.
- Strong knowledge of Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with Service Portal/Employee Center customization.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and Change Management processes.
- Experience with HRSD and CMDB is a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM) are highly preferred.
