- Trendspotting & Innovation: Monitor culture, fashion, and platform trends to keep J&M ahead of the curve with relevant, shareable, and earned-media-worthy content.
- On-Set & Field Production: Plan, style, and shoot engaging content in studio, retail, and lifestyle settings, maintaining visual consistency with brand standards.
- Community Engagement: Activate real-time storytelling during launches, events, and collaborations to encourage reposts, shares, and other engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Track performance metrics, engagement rates, and earned media value (EMV) to measure impact and refine future content and outreach strategies.

- Translate creative briefs and campaign ideas into engaging, high-performing social video concepts.
- Stay tapped into short-form video trends, editing techniques, trending audio, and creator culture.
- Contribute fresh, trend-aware ideas in brainstorms and help shape the content calendar with original concepts.
- Support CRM and paid media teams by producing versatile visual assets adapted from organic content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity and is optimized for performance across platforms.
- Apply light color correction and basic retouching to maintain quality and consistency across all deliverables.
- Maintain organized content libraries for consistent brand output and quick asset retrieval.
