This strategic priority is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility, and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats.The 1LMX ERP Build Team is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to support the 1LMX Cross Team Integration (CTI). The CTI scope includes developing interfaces in support of 1LMX, planning work scope for developers & technical architects, ensuring the necessary reviews are completed for Stakeholder, ITB, etc., working across portfolios to solution requirements, responsibility for defect resolution, cutover planning & deployment planning and working with the ERP Integration Architect to ensure environments align with strategy & development cycles.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this full stack leadership role, you will be responsible for the people, process, technology, finance, strategy, and daily operations, all in support of the CTI Domain. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring stakeholder reviews for each ITC, requesting connections through ITB and subsequent asks for Cloud Connector and Firewall management are completed.
- Ensuring the opening/closing of requests are completed and communicates to the team on readiness for Sandbox/Dev/FUT/ITC/PRD.
- Responsible for CTI tasks in the 1LMX ERP deployment plan.
- Responsible for CTI cutover planning.
- Responsible for ITC readiness and Production readiness.
- Responsible for ensuring environments are in alignment with staggered ITC*/R* and Continuous Delivery.
- Responsible for other deployment responsibilities as appropriate
- Responsible for other CTI related duties as deemed appropriate and necessary by leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership principles
- Ability to collaborate across product teams and portfolios
- Deep understand of technical build methodologies and portfolio scope within software development lifecycle domain
- Experience with ERP
- Experience with 1LMX
- US Citizenship is required due to system access
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Prior Full Spectrum Leadership experience

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
