Job Description:
The AI Transformation Specialist – GSC (Titan Program) is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that solve complex supply chain and manufacturing business challenges. This role plays a critical part in advancing the Titan vision by embedding AI into core processes, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across North America operations.
Aligned with Titan’s strategy to leverage Digital and AI to accelerate supply chain performance and enable capabilities such as intelligent planning and automation, this role acts as a bridge between business teams and digital/AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GSC stakeholders (Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement) to identify high-value AI opportunities
- Translate business challenges into AI-enabled use cases with clear value hypotheses (cost, service, productivity)
- Lead intake, evaluation, and prioritization of AI use cases aligned to Titan goals
- Design scalable AI/ML solutions leveraging existing platforms (SAP, analytics tools, AI copilots, automation tools)
- Support end-to-end delivery of AI solutions including development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Define success metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, cycle time reduction, productivity gains)
- Monitor and track realized business value from deployed AI solutions
- Continuously optimize models and output based on business feedback
- Drive an “AI-first” mindset across GSC teams through coaching, training sessions, and use-case demonstrations
- Act as a translator between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
- Support AI adoption initiatives (e.g., workshops, promptathons, training programs) to improve user engagement and effectiveness
- Ensure responsible AI usage aligned with Schneider governance (data protection, validation, compliance)
Working conditions:
- Tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision making in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a competitive work environment
- Managing and collaborating remotely
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field is required
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation
- Experience with AI/ML, data analytics, or automation in a business environment
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (planning, manufacturing, logistics, procurement)
- Experience working in SAP (preferably S/4HANA) environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or AI copilots is a plus
- Self-driven and curious to understand how everything works
- Ability to connect, communicate, collaborate, and influence peers
- Confidence to prioritize and complete tasks in a rapidly evolving environment
- Enthused to be hands-on with operators to solve problems and train
