The most realistic entry path is through a new-graduate associate engineer or rotational program at a large Texas employer. Companies like Dell Technologies, Texas Instruments, and Raytheon run structured new-grad cohorts in Austin, Dallas, and the surrounding suburbs that pair recent graduates with senior engineers on live projects.
