What you'll do:

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Lead system design reviews to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with architectural best practices.
• Build AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components to support automation and intelligent features.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions promoting standardization, reusability, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and track success metrics.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and code quality through feedback and innovation.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in delivering platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.
• Strong proficiency in cloud-native architecture principles such as microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Extensive experience managing the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to design secure, maintainable, modular, and scalable AI/ML-driven applications using multiple programming languages.
• Effective technical leadership and mentorship skills fostering continuous learning and engineering excellence.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage stakeholders and translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Commitment to technical ownership, sound judgment, and continuous improvement in software quality and processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
