How do I get a strategic partnerships manager job in Dallas?
Focus your search on Dallas's dense technology corridor along the North Tollway, the financial services firms concentrated Downtown and in Uptown, and the large healthcare systems anchored in the Medical District. Candidates who can demonstrate cross-functional deal management, revenue impact from past partnerships, and familiarity with the regional business ecosystem stand out most in this market.
Which companies hire strategic partnerships managers in Dallas?

Yes, though many roles require in-person relationship-building, especially at enterprise accounts. About 46% of strategic partnerships manager openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, with remote work most common in the strategy and contract-negotiation phases of the role rather than the ongoing account management side.
How can I get a strategic partnerships manager job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is through a business development associate or channel sales role at one of the city's many mid-size technology or SaaS companies, particularly those clustered in Las Colinas and Allen. Dallas employers also hire partnership coordinators at healthcare networks and logistics firms, where lateral experience in account management or vendor relations transfers well and often leads to a full partnerships manager title within one to two years.
