How can I get a strategy job in Scottsdale with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Scottsdale is through analyst or associate roles at the financial services firms and healthcare organizations that anchor the local market. Many of these employers hire for rotational programs or junior strategy positions that build toward senior roles. Internships with Scottsdale-based real estate developers and hospitality groups also offer a foot in the door, and an MBA or relevant graduate program with a local alumni network can accelerate the transition significantly.
