Job Description
Equity Adjusters is looking for an experienced Door-to-Door Sales Manager who knows how to recruit, train, and build a successful sales team.
We are an established, growing company expanding into multiple markets. We're looking for a motivated leader who can take ownership of a territory, develop a team, and produce consistent results.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We want someone who has experience in door-to-door sales and understands what it takes to lead a productive field sales organization.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and manage door-to-door sales representatives.
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Establish daily and weekly production goals.
- Conduct field training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Identify and develop new canvassing territories.
- Lead by example through field sales and homeowner appointments.
- Track team performance and maintain accountability.
- Work directly with ownership to expand into new markets.
