Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Services Duty

• Greet guests and manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and room assignments
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and OTA/phone inquiries
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and ownership
• Verify room cleanliness and public‑area quality
• Process payments accurately (cash, card, deposits, folios)
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, café, pool, parking lot, and guest areas

Hotel Operations

• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Review daily hotel performance reports
• Complete operational checklists without skipping steps
• Conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
• Support renovation, reopening, and improvement projects
• Maintain smooth operations with minimal supervision
• Work effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management

Sales & Revenue Responsibilities

• Upsell rooms and maximize revenue per guest
• Support group and event sales from inquiry through coordination
• Maintain relationships with corporate and long‑term accounts
• Read and interpret ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, Pace Reports, and Segment Reports
• Understand sales, revenue, and operational reports in detail
• Use report insights to recommend rate adjustments and identify growth opportunities
• Assist with sales summaries and revenue action plans
• Engage local businesses and contractors to generate new business
• Promote hotel amenities and encourage repeat stays

Leadership & Assistant Manager Support

• Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
• Train, mentor, and support new hires
• Provide ongoing coaching to front desk staff
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
• Resolve operational challenges and enforce policies fairly
• Demonstrate strong judgment in fast‑paced situations
• Provide feedback to improve service and operations

Cross‑Department Support

• Housekeeping assistance
• Laundry support
• Café/breakfast restocking
• Pool restocking and safety checks
• Maintenance reporting
• Property cleanliness (lobby, hallways, parking lot, public areas)

Base Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
