Job Description
As the Cybersecurity Technical Enablement Manager for Customer Team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Post-Sales and technical field teams by developing and executing strategic enablement initiatives that enhance time-to-value, customer adoption, retention, and account expansion. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical cybersecurity background to bridge the gap between complex product architecture and field execution.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders across Customer Success, Delivery Assurance, Global Support, Product, and other cross-functional teams to refine and scale enablement programs that drive measurable business impact. You will take ownership of global post-sales technology enablement, ensuring alignment with company objectives while continuously optimizing programs based on data, customer telemetry, and field insights. Additionally, you will spearhead the evolution of technical onboarding and adoption frameworks, ensuring consistent and compelling execution throughout the post-implementation customer journey.
This is a highly hands-on role. You won’t just design enablement strategies—you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and executing them. Success in this role means being in the trenches with post-sales teams, leading by doing, and demonstrating a deep personal ownership of both strategy and execution.
This role requires a strategic mindset, technical credibility, strong leadership, and a passion for customer excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where field feedback fuels continuous improvement.

Presenting & Facilitation: Deliver skillful public speaking, training, and technical workshop facilitation, including stage presentations to audiences of up to 400 attendees.
Enablement Strategies: Build and run targeted enablement motions around product releases and time-sensitive technical initiatives based on evolving business needs.
Cross-Functional Communication: Craft clear communications to ensure project stakeholders and learners across enablement programs remain informed and aligned.

Team Manager Jobs in New York: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a team manager in New York?
Most team manager roles in New York do not require a state-issued license, but the path typically begins with a bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, combined with frontline or lead experience in your target industry. New York employers in healthcare, finance, and retail often promote from within, so starting as a team lead or senior associate at a large organization is a common route. Industry-specific credentials, such as a PMP certification for project-focused roles or relevant continuing education through CUNY or SUNY programs, can strengthen your candidacy.
Which companies hire team managers in New York?
Companies currently hiring team managers in New York include State Farm, Whole Foods Market, and Panera Bread, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. New York's concentration of financial institutions, major hospital systems, and large retailers means openings appear consistently across both New York City's corporate core and upstate regional markets.
Which New York cities have the most team manager jobs?
New York, Rochester, and Syracuse have the most team manager openings in New York. New York City dominates due to its density of corporate headquarters, financial services firms, and large healthcare networks, while Buffalo and Albany generate steady demand from regional distribution centers, government agencies, and healthcare employers anchored in those metro areas.
Are there remote team manager jobs in New York?
Yes, but they are less common than in purely analytical or technical roles, since team managers are often expected to be present with their direct reports. About 39% of team manager openings tied to New York are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with the strongest remote options in financial services operations, customer success, and corporate project management rather than retail or logistics supervision.
How can I get hired as a team manager in New York with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving from a senior individual contributor or team lead role into a formal management title. Large New York employers such as major hospital networks, JPMorgan Chase, and Amazon operate associate manager and management trainee programs designed for candidates without prior supervisory titles. Targeting roles like shift lead, floor supervisor, or senior associate at these organizations gives you documented oversight experience. A business degree from a CUNY or SUNY institution, or a recognized project management certificate, can give your application a concrete edge when formal management experience is limited.
Where can I find and apply to team manager jobs in New York?
You can find and apply to team manager jobs in New York on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level and industry, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
