Raytheon is seeking a strategic, highly autonomous individual to join the Global Supplier Strategy & Development organization within Operations & Supply Chain (OSC). In this high‑impact role, you will shape Raytheon’s international sourcing strategies, influence executive‑level business decisions, and support shaping the global industrial base/footprint needed to accelerate production and meet critical customer commitments
The ideal candidate combines strong strategy experience and capability with operational depth, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to convert complex concepts into executable plans. You will partner closely with Programs/SBUs, OSCQ, Requirements & Capabilities (R&C), and other cross‑functional leaders to define international sourcing direction, drive alignment, accelerate international co-production planning, guide supplier/partner selection across various projects in multiple countries/regions.
This role leads high‑visibility projects, develops OSC country‑level and supplier‑level strategies, and supports co-production, dual‑sourcing, and industrial participation initiatives that are essential to Raytheon’s production ramp and business growth. Candidates should bring a bias for action, comfort navigating ambiguity, and an interest in global business environments.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, communicate, implement country- and supplier-level sourcing strategies
- Ensure alignment and buy-in from leaders and global stakeholders
- Support the development of international co-production, second sourcing, industrial participation projects aligned with international OSC, SBU, and functional strategies
- Partner with Program/Capture teams, OSC SBU leads, and functions such as Global Trade, Engineering, Global Industrialization, Contracts, etc.
- Apply International Co-production Playbook best practices to accelerate decision-making and execution
- Ensure supplier onboarding readiness for strategic international suppliers (i.e. NDAs, assessments, due diligence, assessments)
- Support planning and participate in supplier assessments for new international suppliers
- Lead supplier onboarding tasks for new strategic international suppliers (i.e. NDAs, ESDM, RECON due diligence, RESA 1-3, UCC approvals, etc.)
- Maintain international supplier capability database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Support Strategy and Submit/Commit gate reviews
- Collaborate internally and externally to support the development of capture strategies for international pursuits and offset/industrial participation projects
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations and leadership-ready reports
- Engage in strategic assessment of proposed business solutions, including partner selection, project evaluation and development, and financial valuations
- International and domestic travel approximately 5-25%.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Strategy, Supply Chain, Program Management, or Operations/Manufacturing.
- Experience developing or contributing to the development and implementation of functional, business, or portfolio strategies, developing business cases, ROI analyses.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in supplier management, manufacturing, engineering, or program leadership, especially in international environments.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed cross-functional or Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Experience developing compelling, concise presentations for executive audiences.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and USG export/import requirements.
- Project and change management experience, from early inception concepts through execution and closure.
- Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) and MRP/ERP systems such as SAP (PRISM).
- Exposure to offsets/localization/industrial participation and proposal development
- Relevant internal or industry certifications in Program Management, Supply Chain or related (PMP, CPSM, CSCP, etc.).
- Experience in management consulting or internal strategy roles.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
