Role: Electrical Construction Project Administrator
Pay: $75,000/year

Lectra-Serv, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our growing company. In this role you will follow a project every step of the way, helping our Project Managers to complete successful jobs and foster our relationships with our customers.
This job requires a physical presence at our office in Huachuca City, AZ. Hybrid work options will be considered depending on experience with the role.
The salary is not meant to be interpreted as a maximum, but rather a minimum that will grow reflecting your experience and competence with the role.
Job duties will be to assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the job including the following:
· Preparing estimates into formal quotes.
· Tracking and coordinating projects from start to finish.
· Assist with submittals, RFIs, submittal responses, etc.
· Communicating to all team members on the project about related information such as schedule dates and changes to dates, changes in the requirements, etc.
· Contact customers and sub-contractors to confirm accurate information and schedule dates.
· Keeping schedules updated.
· Checking in with Foreman and Superintendent regularly and keeping everyone on task.
Skills needed:
· Valid Driver License.
· Clean record; must be able to gain access into state and federal institutions through their background check/pass issuance policies and procedures.
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, Adobe Acrobat, email programs, etc.
· Minimum 10 years experience in the construction industry.
· Experience in project scheduling.
· This is a forward facing position, you must be able to maintain professional and friendly communication and appearance.
Skills preferred:
· Preferred electrical construction industry over general construction or other specialized trade experience.
· Experience in electrical estimating, construction management, submittals, generating RFIs, and generating proposals.
