Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical troubleshooting support across various platforms, identifying issues promptly and delivering effective resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile software development processes to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates.
• Design and optimize system architectures for scalable system development, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Lead stakeholder coordination efforts to gather requirements, communicate progress, and align project goals with business needs.
• Support UI testing and UI development activities to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
• Implement security analysis protocols to identify vulnerabilities, enforce cybersecurity best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Drive software implementation projects by managing deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), and system upgrades.
• Contribute to enterprise solutions implementation by integrating microservices architecture and ensuring scalability for future growth.
• Assist in cybersecurity measures by monitoring threat landscapes, conducting security audits, and recommending improvements.
• Support quantum engineering initiatives by applying advanced technical knowledge to emerging technologies when applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in computer networking, IT infrastructure management, or related technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and system design principles for scalable system development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with UI testing frameworks, UI development tools, and microservices architecture is essential.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, compliance standards, and security analysis techniques is required.
• Experience with software implementation processes including CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with stakeholders at various levels to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward technical troubleshooting support.
• Background in quantum engineering or related advanced technological fields is a plus but not mandatory.
