Your Team, Your Impact
The Agile Principal Analyst will be responsible for the system configuration, maintenance, and development of Agile PLM. The Principal Analyst will also be responsible for working cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Document Control, IT, and Engineering and take ownership of application maintenance and integration between Agile/PLM applications, ERP, and other engineering software applications.What You Can Expect
- Manage Agile PLM and implement system/business process improvements
- Interface Agile with other applications (ERP, SCMNet) and provide on-going support
- Identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency
- Take ownership of the PLM area and lead projects to deliver tangible value
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and recommend best practices
- Work closely with the different technical teams and key stakeholders to understand requirements, managing software technical specifications and design documents, and develop and test the PLM applications and automations.
- Drive the installation and infrastructure design decisions and maintenance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience.
- Master’s degree and/or PhD in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
- Minimum 5 of experience with Agile Oracle PLM with design configuration in the Product Collaboration and Product Portfolio Management module
- Must have minimum of 3 years of experience with system validations in a semiconductor related companies.
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in coding, scripting, and related software activities in a global enterprise: Agile Client code, Agile web services, Java-based web applications, Agile SDK-based customization
- High level of proficiency in developing Java web application
- Knowledge and understanding of Document Control, Manufacturing, and Engineering in manufacturing companies, including a solid understanding of the Agile PLM Business process with respect to the manufacturing domain
- Familiarity with Core Java, Java Script, Java/J2EE, UI-Swing, Eclipse, Agile API, Excel API experience with ability to build Java-based interfaces and reporting.
- Experience supporting Agile PLM interfaces to other systems
- Experience generating reports in Agile PLM
- Experience in leading projects and project management
- Hands-on experience with SQL and PL SQL scripts
- Experience with cloud technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with PowerBI, OAS, B2B (Bhoomi), Snowflake, and other relevant technologies is advantageous.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
121,490 - 182,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
