- Develop role-specific onboarding experience with hiring managers and internal partners.
- Facilitate biweekly new employee orientation sessions.
- Lead the operational logistics for onboarding across Human Resources, hiring departments, Finance, and Technology and Information Management.

Who's Hiring

Talent Acquisition Intern Jobs in Boston: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a talent acquisition intern job in Boston?
Focus your search on Boston's life sciences corridor in Kendall Square and the Longwood Medical Area, where biotech and hospital networks run robust HR teams, and on the financial services firms concentrated in Back Bay and the Financial District. Candidates who stand out typically have coursework in HR or organizational psychology, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and prior experience in a campus recruiting or HR coordinator role, even part-time.
Which companies hire talent acquisition interns in Boston?
Boston talent acquisition intern roles are posted by Anduril, Suffolk Construction, and Boston Medical Center and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Boston's hiring mix skews toward large hospital systems, research universities, and mid-size biotech and fintech firms that maintain year-round intern pipelines through their talent teams.
Are there remote talent acquisition intern jobs in Boston?
Yes, though availability varies since talent acquisition intern work often involves on-site coordination for interviews and events. About 100% of talent acquisition intern openings tied to Boston are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with most flexibility concentrated in sourcing, candidate screening, and data reporting tasks rather than in-person recruiting coordination.
How can I get a talent acquisition intern job in Boston with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Boston is targeting HR coordinator or recruiting assistant openings at the city's large hospital networks and research universities, which hire frequently and often promote from within. Volunteering with student-run career centers at Boston-area colleges, completing an SHRM Essentials course, and building familiarity with platforms like Workday or Greenhouse gives entry-level candidates a concrete edge in a market where employers expect some technical exposure even at the intern level.
