Your role:
- Develop and integrate digital programs across the customer journey to support online sales objectives.
- Partner with creative and content teams to optimize design, content, and the overall eStore customer experience.
- Support Sales and Business Managers in executing sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate across global teams to scale best practices, test new opportunities, and leverage AI to drive eCommerce growth and efficiency.

The pay range for this position in (Massachusetts) Bachelor Level: $26 – 30 an hour, plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
