Focus your search on Atlanta's entertainment and media corridor along Peachtree Street, corporate HR departments in Buckhead, and the sports and live events organizations headquartered downtown near State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Candidates with experience in talent acquisition, artist relations, or HR business partnering gain an edge here. Networking through Atlanta's film and music industry communities and local SHRM chapter events also opens doors that online applications alone do not.
Which companies hire talent managers in Atlanta?

Atlanta attracts a broad mix of entertainment studios, sports franchises, media companies, and large corporate headquarters, all of which maintain active talent management functions.
Are there remote talent manager jobs in Atlanta?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the type of role: corporate talent acquisition and HR strategy positions tend to offer remote or hybrid flexibility, while artist management, casting, and on-site people operations roles require regular in-person presence. About 56% of talent manager openings tied to Atlanta are remote or hybrid as of October 2026, reflecting the city's growing base of distributed corporate employers. The most remote-compatible work in Atlanta centers on recruiting operations and talent program management.
How can I get a talent manager job in Atlanta with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Atlanta is through a coordinator or recruiting assistant role at one of the city's entertainment companies, sports organizations, or large corporate HR departments. Atlanta's film and television production sector, anchored by major studios in the metro area, regularly hires entry-level talent coordinators. Lateral moves from HR generalist or staffing agency roles are also common. Building relationships through the Atlanta chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management or local film industry meetups gives first-time candidates a visible edge over applicants applying cold.

Atlanta's role as a major media production hub, alongside its concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters and professional sports franchises, drives consistent demand for talent management professionals across both creative and corporate functions.
