Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Greensboro, NC
Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. | 35 scheduled hours per week

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a child in the Greensboro area. If you enjoy building trust, celebrating small victories, and helping children develop skills that make a difference in everyday life, we’d love to connect with you!
About the Opportunity
This position supports a 35-hour-per-week case, scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Applicants must be available for the full schedule and willing and able to commute reliably to the service location in Greensboro.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA services under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
- Implement treatment plans that support communication, independence, and daily living skills.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with the child and their family.
- Collect accurate data and complete session documentation promptly.
- Communicate with your supervising BCBA and operations team about progress, questions, and scheduling needs.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements
- Current, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to Greensboro.
- A patient, compassionate approach and commitment to dependable attendance.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and continued learning.
This opening is for currently certified RBTs. Completion of the 40-hour training alone does not meet the certification requirement.
